Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Ownership:
1.      If a customer is not satisfied with the buying of products from us then you may return it in 3 days from delivery date.
2.     Money will be refunded, and order should be changed after the verification from Shop With Anya.
3.     Order will be cancelled automatically if the provided information is incorrect/ insufficient.
4.     Product can be replaced or returned if it is damaged, expired or broken while shipment.

Product Descriptions:
Shop with Anya attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Shop with Anya does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Shop With Anya it self is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Disputes:
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to Shop With Anya or to products or services sold or distributed by Shop With Anya or through shopsithanya.pk will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (“Pakistan”) apply to this agreement. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with disputes arising between Shop with Anya and any member from Shop with Anya services shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of Shop With Anya.
